Connection Medicine for a Disconnected World
At Mosscellia we believe in the divine intelligence and magic of Nature, looking to the relationships, archetypes and lessons in nature's harmonious symphony of many energies, ecosystems and expressions, to teach us how to live in a symbiotic relationship with all of life. Gaining inspiration to use our own precious gift of life to uplift all life. To be better stewards of the land and the water we borrow from the earth as our blood. To be a better relative, friend, lover, advocate, teacher, student, parent, steward and protector. To learn right relationship with our own power, energy and mind, so that we can be a part of the forward progress of cultivating right relationship within our society. Have we forgotten that we are the medicine? And that medicine grows all around us? Have we forgotten the incredible potential that we hold, to change our world?
We believe in mycelial medicines to help connect us to our heart, connect us to eachother and the land. We believe in you. We believe in love. We are all in this together, and the more we can learn to be in our hearts, the more we can individually connect back into the earths wisdom and rhythms, the healthier our human family will be.
Moss is a Polyextremophile (n) : An organism which can tolerate two or more extreme environmental factors.
In this time of so many extreme potentials, extreme beliefs, extreme climates, extreme schism, extreme difficulty, pain and suffering, extreme loss, we are navigating extreme change, making an extreme impact, our choices now are extremely important. And who said such an extreme can not also be soft. To be like moss, who eats mountains for breakfast over the course of millennia, just to become softer about it. Moss who can lay dormant and dry for 40 years at a stretch and then vault back agin into life and growth with a mere soaking of water. Moss who is inconceivably strong, in softness .
... May we stay inspired by Fungi, Lichen and Moss successes in their strategies of cooperation, for it is of great importance, we continue to seek right relationship, harmony and peace on this planet like the moss tries to consume a mountain.
We believe in the magic of mushrooms to help us see ourselves and the world from wider perspectives. We love their ability to help us compost the old, so that the new has nutritious soil to bloom new beautiful sustainable gardens.
We extend deep gratitude to all of the wisdom keepers, indigenous peoples, and medicine carriers who have preserved and shared the practices and teachings that help us walk this path in integrity, right relationship and safety. We humbly continue to listen, and offer reciprocal support to our teachers, allys and friends also doing this work. We honor the way that mycelial medicines have connected to people all around the world, and give thanks that the mushrooms are showing up in such a present, profound and enormous way to support humanity now, and all time before.
We value informed consent, authenticity, truth, vulnerability, compassion, connection, nature and all of its wisdom, the wisdom inherent in each of our hearts and bodies, softness, inspiration, and the opportunity to share and cocreate our time together.
